Come Connect

"Art washes away from the soul the dust of everyday life." - Pablo Picasso.

Come Connect is a free 1 hour online workshop with ordinary art materials you will have at home.

You will need

  • A reliable internet connection
  • Zoom app (on mobile, laptop, or PC with video and microphone)
  • White A4 paper
  • Scissors
  • Pen or pencil
  • Colored pencils or felt tips (optional but useful)

Our team will introduce you to Creative Mindfulness with easy to follow techniques that can help you switch off from everyday stresses and unwind. It’s perfect for anyone looking to try something new, whether you’re an experienced artist or a complete beginner.

The workshop is run by Arty-Folks staff and members with lived experience of mental health difficulties.
