Self-Healing through your Arts Practice
Fine Art to Wellbeing is an advanced 3-week course that follows on from Art for Relaxation. We will guide you through three different art activities that are designed to nurture personal growth, promote insight and self-understanding.
Materials You Will Need
- Mobile or laptop/PC with video and microphone
- Sheets of white A4 paper
- Pencil, eraser, scissors
- Coloured pencils / felt-tip pens / markers / highlighters, anything to colour
- Newspaper and/or magazine
- Glue (preferably a glue stick)
- A comfortable, undisturbed workspace
