Use your lunch break to step into your own ‘creative zone’ and refresh your mind!
For Mental Health Awareness Week 15-21 May ’23 we are inviting you to a free ONLINE 30minute lunchtime workshop to encourage you to self-care and protect your own mental health and wellbeing.

Level of difficulty:   all levels

Try it! This is a workshop for people of all abilities to help you get started on your creative journey.

Workshop Date:   Monday 15th May, 12.15pm-12.45pm

How to book a place

What you will learn:
Would you like to get started with writing or journalling for your own pleasure, to de-stress, or for your own general wellbeing?  In this 30 minute lunchtime workshop we will show you how you can tap into your stream of consciousness and enjoy playing with words and images.

What you will need:

  • good Internet connection/Wifi
  • Zoom app on mobile or laptop/PC with video
  • A4 paper
  • scissors
  • pencil, black and red pen/marker or felt tip
  • glue stick
  • and your lunch of course!

This workshop is co-delivered by Arty-Folks artists and members with lived experience.
