CREATIVE MEDITATIONS – online evening course for adults in employment
a free 6-week online evening course for adults who are in employment and are looking for creative ways to relax into the evening. To enrol you must be 18+ and living in Warwickshire.
Level of difficulty: all skill levels
The course is designed for people who would like to explore journaling and expressive writing, using water colours, and meditative practices to step back from work and stressful ruminations.

How to book a place

Please note that you can only attend one course at any one time. Once you have completed your course, you may be able to book on a further course.
What you will learn:
- each workshop will begin with expressive writing and reflecting on a particular theme
- you will use water colours, pens and markers, and other art materials you will have at home
- creative mindfulness techniques to stay in the moment and let go of ruminations
What you will need
- water colours, brushes, water colour paper
- black fine liner, gel pens, glitter pens, pencils
- scissors, glue stick
- good Internet connection/Wifi
- Zoom app on mobile or laptop/PC with video and microphone
Art for Wellbeing Warwickshire is a 2.5yr programme of workshops and courses for adults with low to moderate mental health needs commissioned by Warwickshire County Council.
