Are you passionate about mental health and making a positive impact in the community? Arty-Folks is looking for an inspiring and strategic leader to join our team as our new Chief Executive Officer (CEO)!
As CEO, you will:
- Shape the future direction of Arty-Folks, driving our vision of using creativity and art to support mental health and well-being.
- Lead and empower a dedicated team, ensuring that we continue to provide vital support for adults struggling with mental health issues.
- Develop and implement strategic plans, foster partnerships, and advocate for the needs of our community across Coventry and Warwickshire.
Key skills we’re looking for:
- Strong leadership and strategic planning experience.
- Excellent communication and partnership-building skills.
- A passion for mental health advocacy and an understanding of the challenges facing the charity sector.

Salary: £40,000 pro rata
