a free 6-week in-person course for adults who are struggling with stress, anxiety and depression and who are looking to develop painting as a hobby.
Level of difficulty: Beginners and Intermediate

What you will learn:
- each week you will improve your painting skills and confidence using a small set of colours to mix a wide range of hues
- applying paint to achieve effects most suited to your painting
- create compelling designs and compositions
- and most of all – enjoy being creative with other like-minded people in a safe environment
What you will need:
Nothing! We will bring all art materials and equipment needed for this course, as well as tea&biscuits!
