MINDFUL CRAFTS for your HOME and GARDEN – in-person held at Bedworth Community Corner, Congreve Way, Bedworth

a free 6-week course for adults struggling with stress, anxiety and depression and who enjoy making things with different materials.  Every week you will complete a project for your home or garden sanctuary.  To enrol you must be 18+ and living in the Bedworth area of  Warwickshire.  All art materials are provided FREE!

Level of difficulty: Beginners and Intermediate

“Activities were so absorbing and really took my mind off all the negative things that are going on.  I can’t believe that at the end of each session I actually finished beautiful objects that are now brightening up my home and garden.  And it’s given me so many ideas for future projects.”

How to book your place:

Please note that you can only attend one course at any one time.  Once you have completed your course, you may be able to book on a further course.

What you will learn
Each week you will learn a different craft using cheap or recycled materials.  Learn to incorporate mindfulness techniques into your arts practice and create your Garden Sanctuary. Or surprise your loved ones, or decorate your home with your creations.  We will show you how to make:

  • wall planter
  • 8 point multi-layered Ojo de Dios
  • dream catcher weaving
  • macramee tree of life
  • mexican tin art
  • crochet yarn bombing

What you will need:
Just yourself!  We will provide all art materials free at each workshops!
